I am a very busy property investor and in the last 18 months we have engaged Covest on a number of projects. All great work but the one I want to particularly praise Adrian for is the design and planning work, in collaboration with external teams, on a new build HMO in Nottingham's Article 4 area. We are currently at section 106 stage on a 12 bedroom, Sui Generis student HMO. This is planning for the demolition of an ugly old f2 story flat roofed retail building, and its replacement with a beautifully designed new build student HMO. I challenged Adrian to get us a 4 story, minimum 11 bed HMO here. We actually achieved a 4 story 12 bed and we are delighted.
